Oh golly, that's delicious!

Welcome ladies, gentlemen, and all those folks in between, on the sides, left and center! We have another fun-filled week coming straight ahead. But, first may I mention how spectacular the cherry blossoms are. The pink just warms my heart. So come outside, grab a bite and enjoy the smells of springtime in Olympia. May I recommend Oly Piroshki, today on the menu they have:

Kale Feta Piroshki
Potato Onion Piroshki
Potato Maple Bacon Piroshki
Beef Onion Piroshki
Pan-fried Apple Marmalade with Sour Cream Piroshki

For the soup we have the all time favorite borscht from a recipe that has survived at least three generations.

And then the sweet finale of poppy seed rolls and apple marmalade pastry.
