Baked Piroshki and lots of love


This Friday's fare is looking especially delicious. We are super excited about our new baked dough recipe and have quite the variety of baked piroshki to choose from:

*Egg Green Onion
*Cabbage Mushroom
*Potato Onion
*Potato Maple Bacon
*Beef Onion in Puff Pastry

For our soup:

*Split Pea w/ Hog Legs

and later in the afternoon....

*Shavel- Russian soup with beef broth, sorrel, potato, leeks, and dill, garnished with Steibr Farm Eggs and sour cream

And lastly, the beverage for this Friday is a spectacular:

*Black Cherry Kompot
