The Best Tripe Soup

Well, well, well. Here we are again on a spectacular Saturday afternoon. The adventures of Oly Piroshki continue, and for anyone who has any sort of high-volume kitchen experience, you know what I mean by adventure. Preparing food to be ready by a certain time is a high art; there are always more variables than you could possibly have accounted for. Whether it's the oven light going off, or running out of potatoes because your batch of 10 lbs decided to do a flip-flop out of the fridge, it's high fun! But no worries, we're open with some delicious fare. We finally have a terrifically tasty tripe soup, that we've been working to get to you. And it's here! Come try it out. We also have an especially delicious cabbage mushroom today. Nom, nom, nom!
