Good morning everyone! Yesterday was a fantastic start to our new call-in service. We had all of our food fresh and ready for all the wonderful people who gave us a ring. So here's to another fabulous day of Piroshki. My mouth waters simply thinking about it. Our menu for today:

*Blini stuffed with Chicken Stroganoff

Baked Piroshki:

*Samsa- lamb and onion in a flaky puff pastry
*Egg Green Onion
*Potato Maple Bacon
*Potato Onion
*Cabbage Mushroom
*Cabbage w/ Smoked Pork


Deep-fried Piroshki:

*Beef Onion
*Potato Onion
*Lamb w/ Red Jasmine Rice

Soup:

*Porcini Mushroom

Desserts:
*Deep-fried Raspberry Bites
*Deep-fried Cherry Bites

Beverage:
*Apple Lemon Leaf Mint Kompot
