Oly Piroshki style

Good morning! We're here this morning getting revved up for the week. Prepping some goodies for today and contemplating the possibilities of the produce we just received. For instance, fresh rhubarb! Yum, yum! Well, let's see what we have on our menu today.

Baked Piroshki:

*Potato Maple Bacon
*Mushroom and Rice
*Egg Green Onion
*Potato Onion
*Cabbage Mushroom

Deep-fried Piroshki:
*Potato Onion
*Beef Onion

Soup:
*Tripe w/ tomatoes and sweet peas

Desserts:
*Deep-fried Apple Marmalade Bites

Beverage:
*Apricot Raisin Kompot
