Well, today is the big celebration. Prepping the kitchen for tonight has definitely been an adventure thus far. Probably would have gotten a lot more done yesterday if I hadn't decided to crash into a parked car. Nobody got hurt (except perhaps the cars themselves) and everything is going to be taken care of, but boy did that leave me shook. For today, I think I'll take the bus to tie up any last lose ends outside of the kitchen.
Well, hope to see a lot of wonderful people tonight and to have a grand ole time tasting some scrumptious piroshki and savory soup.

Oly Piroshki is a brand new Russian food stand located on Olympia's Westside- 2321 Harrison Ave NW. We our window open between 11am to 6pm, Tuesday thru Friday, 12pm to 6pm on Saturday, and are excited to prepare delicious Russian food- like piroshkis, borscht, and other such goodies- with as much local produce as we can get a hold of.
