Happy New Years!
It's really exciting to see there is already an interest in piroshkis in Olympia! Though the site may have been quiet for awhile, we have been bustling with getting the piroshki stand up and running. We're almost there, too! The pre-opening health inspection is this upcoming Monday and from there we just need to hire on some awesome people to work with us. Though, trying to figure out who to start a new business with has been quite the endeavor. But, really after that a couple lose ends and off we go! Russian food coming to Olympia soon... perhaps it will even be a debut of Russian cuisine (I may have to research that). Nonetheless, our will definitely be the best this town has seen. Oly Piroshki is a brand new Russian food stand located on Olympia's Westside- 2321 Harrison Ave NW. We our window open between 11am to 6pm, Tuesday thru Friday, 12pm to 6pm on Saturday, and are excited to prepare delicious Russian food- like piroshkis, borscht, and other such goodies- with as much local produce as we can get a hold of.
