Well, while we are waiting for Oly Piroshki to open its doors, we have been jumping around in excitement and baking all kinds of goodies in preparation. Here, we have the most Wholly Apples imaginable. And yes, they taste just as delicious as they look, perhaps even better.
So, what are we waiting for? Why don't we just open the doors and get this party started? Well, we would but first, the health department must approve our health inspection application. Thus time wins again, and all we can do is wait for it. In the mean time, paper work! And baking and cooking, of course. But, really a lot of paperwork. Everyone must approve everything, from planning to the health department to L&I. It's a hurdle that must be jumped, but its the last one before opening! Hooray! I hope y'all enjoy the eye candy of Wholly Apples and don't you worry you'll be able to try one soon enough.
