MMmmmMM! I just had a spoonful of potato with sauerkraut and mustard and boy is it good! It's something we'll be using today in our version of pig in a blanket. We chopped up some Bavarian franks we bought from Stewart's Meats and are nestling them in the most mouth-watering potato sauerkraut mustardy mix you can imagine. And we do have the vegetarians in mind too, so for all of you lovely folk, we'll leave the franks out of the equation. Oh and I did something really exciting yesterday! Made my own mayo for the ol-livye salad. Wow, did that take a long time, but way worth it. Well, let's get to the menu portion of the day :)
