Happy Earth Day! Today means a lot of exciting things for the world. For instance there is the World People's Conference on Climate Change, being held in Cochabamba, Bolivia where people are brainstorming ways to keep this planet alive and well. Earth Day also means that Procession of the Species is right around the corner, which for any of you who don't know is one of the most liveliest events in Olympia, held in celebration of the diversity of life on Earth. There are many ways we can make an impact bettering the world, one of which is to choose to support local businesses and local agriculture. It's important to take care of one another and grow together as a community in tune with the needs of the planet, which is something we strive to do at Oly Piroshki.
